Ruth Parker - B. App Sci (Podiatry)
Ruth studied at LaTrobe University in Melbourne in the late 1980's after 20 years of children's nursing in Melbourne and Canberra.
She considered podiatry a good alternative career to nursing as it encompasses the rewarding client care component without the difficult working hours.
Ruth is interested in general footcare for clients of all ages but especially for older people. Ruth specialises in assessment and care for diabetic clients and in conservative and surgical solutions for 'ingrown' toenails.
